+ She has a decent side step.
+ She has very good and safe pokes.
- Her strings are garbage because they're predictable and she gets no mixups from them like other characters. She relies heavily on her boot stance for her mixups, it's very slow and is only viable at mid to long range.
- All of her normal launchers are crap. They're slow and punishable and it doesn't help that she lacks a traditional hop kick.
As for tips: Alisa requires a patient playstyle. You'll have to use her to poke and bait for counter hit launchers or abuse her sidestep to get a launcher off. If you're able to use her boot stance you can mixup your opponent by canceling it if you hold down, this will put her into her backup stance which is hard to recognize if you do it this way so it catches people off guard. If you continuing holding down after the cancel she goes into full crouch and you can begin mixing up your opponent that way.
