You see that in the actual combo? Example?

Perhaps if you were crouched prior, it could mean that you now need to stand.

S in the Glossary just says "hits special mid and grounded opponents(block d/b or b)"

screw attack, spins your opponent in the air so you can extend your combos even more, usually works on airborne opponent

S! means screw attack. It spins the opponent in the air and he won't be able to tech roll on the ground, thus giving you the opportunity to pick him up again and extend your combo.

That is if you hit the S! when the opponent is in the air, if you hit it grounded, it usually knocks down and gives you an opportunity for okizeme.

I'm watching this video, trying to do the first combo but the 3 after the dash cannot hit someone on the ground so I don't understand.. thanks for the infos

in that video the s! is not a move, it's only telling you thta the b+4,3 will screw the opponent. if you do the b+4,3 correctly the opponent will screw. So break the combo down, do d/f+2, b+4,3 and look at the enemy, if he lands with his feet pointing up in the air then you landed the b+4,3 correctly. Then you need to hit him while his feet are still pointing up.

It means Screw.
Any move that spins the opponent in the air.
This allows you to approach them while they're spinning in the air and hit them for additional combos
