S in the Glossary just says "hits special mid and grounded opponents(block d/b or b)"
That is if you hit the S! when the opponent is in the air, if you hit it grounded, it usually knocks down and gives you an opportunity for okizeme.
I'm watching this video, trying to do the first combo but the 3 after the dash cannot hit someone on the ground so I don't understand.. thanks for the infos
Any move that spins the opponent in the air.
This allows you to approach them while they're spinning in the air and hit them for additional combos
