Also Gigas power crush might be something you can use too, absorb some hits then punish him.
Thanks man. Im currently Fighter rank but i still have no idea of the basics.
Put LK+RK in one button (I use L2), then press backward (depending on your controller position).
Your Alisa will fly and devour that baby Hwoarang.
Any other recommended heroes:
Kuma, Panda, Katarina.
Honestly though... you have to keep your distance and stick to “2 range”. You have to keep him out or he will lock you in his everending combos.
Some people just have salt as a coping mechanism. On one side it works I guess but it always seems pretty strange to see someone to be salty about a videogame. Especially Tekken.
Tekken is like an oasis of peace in comparison to many other games where RNG can send you into hell.
I really wouldn't mind some RNG here. People catching you airborne can pull of the same stunts regardless of whatever your position is at the time.
You may have just performed a small jump forward, you may have performed a move that hurls your char from afar, you may be falling from an even higher position after impact. Doesn't matter. Chars and their attacks are designed to literally suck you in, correct your position to their will and give you a combo fest. There are so few scenarios where this won't happen. Not being combo-able from certain perspectives wouldn't be so bad.
I guess only hell trash like Eddie is exempt from this.
It would also make it near impossible to ever counter attack because you have no idea what your frames are going to be if they are modified by RNG.
But from range don't charge at them mindlessly but bait out their armor move than punish it.
At round start and when he starts his ♥♥♥♥ expect the lows so don't mash highs else you will eat full combos a lot .
This is everything you need to know to beat most of the Hwoarang players because the majority of them have no idea what to do when defending. (at least this is my experience) :D
