How to do King/AK Tombstone reliably?

I tried searching the forums and watching youtube videos to learn this, but the buffering thing in Youtube doesn't work for me and it's not here. The downback - forward 2+4 for me just turns into the regular 2+4 at least 75% of the time.

I use PS4 DS4 controller. I've tried with analog stick and d-pad and had marginally more success with analog stick but still half the time another input like down gets thrown in and it just turns into a regular 2+4 throw.

buffer db,F during plus frames.

In neutral i find qcb. f be way more reliable. Said that, it requires more execution than ppl think. Practice makes perfect

Nine toes said it best but you can also buffer the qcb>f during +frames as well.

But in general yea hes right qcb > f is way easier especially on pad. If you don't know what either of us are talking about when we say qcb is Quarter Circle Back. So your rolling your thumb from down > down back > back, then you press forward. This is one of the secret input shortcuts for tombstone.

I thought that was what the guy had mentioned in YT...thanks anyway, I'll give it another go. Yeah I didn't know what qcb was so thanks for explaining!

During plus frames, since you are on pad, press together db and then f 2+4
