Forward when taunt hits, back+2 on the same frame.

That's all you know.

You're right, though.
According to the command list, Jet Upper doesn't require a N input. You can go straight from f to b.

But why would you want that?

Want what? The N?
You wouldn't if you cold help it.

But now I know there's definitely only 2 inputs ("F", and "B+2"), it's a 2 frame link.

I meant Taunt Jet Upper as a whole. It's nice to have, but... why would you want to devote that much time into something you might not even be able to do consistently?

I guess how consistently it can be done varies from person to person. It's a good enough tool to at least try and learn it, though.

Like I said, after enough practice, a friend mine can throw it out 90% of the time online... Or at least, he lands it way more than he doesn't anyway.

Watch the video. Please. And stop spreading misinformation.

The reason Jet Uppercut is f,b+2 on the movelist is because the game doesn't expect you to be able to skip neutral in this motion.
Tekken's movelist is full of stuff that can be misunderstood, like Paul's qcf Rolldash(not Crouchdash because it doesn't end in crouch) is not listed as a stance(Backsway is listed as a stance) although it is one, which makes people believe you can buffer the full deathfist command for example.

But yes, I understand, logical thinking is not the average gamers strong suit.

Here's another one, hope it helps:

In theory it should have the timestamp, if not skip to 9:26.
I don't play Brian but I remembered watching this some time ago, advice straight from JimmyJTran

Nah, that video clears a lot up. I can concede to the N input.
I'm still only seeing one frame perfect input and 2 links, though.

And to say I'm spreading misinformation makes it seem like I'm going out of my way to mislead people - which I'm not =/

The movement input is similar to Devil Jin's Laser Scraper. The only difference is that you have to do it incredibly fast. My personal visual analogy is that the opponent's "taunted state" is only a few frames and within that time frame, you need to cancel the taunt & press the Jet Upper.
