Arcade stick is a unfair advantage.

Probaly most players like myself use the PS4 controller.

The D pad totaly suck. If you press the upper helft of left or right it will also press the up button wich will make you jump in the game. same if if you press the lower half of the left and right button it will also take the down button and than ur on the crouch stance.

I call it IPS: Input Per Second, the PS4 controller only supports like 10 IPS, while a arcade stick doesn't have that limit. thats why it is simply impossible to wave dash on an competitive level with a ps4 controller. Because on the competitive level you do like 20 IPS, when you try that on the PS4 controller it gets stuck on the first 10.

My main is Jin and I control EWHF but it is impossible to do it on the speed against other arcade stick users even though my input is correctly the controller simply does not support it on that speed. and wave dash is out of the question.

I lose against those people simply because of speed because the damn controller does not support that amount of IPS.

Now i am forced to buy an arcade stick in order to compete on that level.

Plenty of players do well on pad. Maybe not with mishimas, but just buy a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ stick and stop whining if you feel it's better

Dpads do suck because the game is made for arcades anyways. You are complaining about how an unnatural controller suck for the game but that is how it meant to be.

lil majin actually plays tekken and doesn't just spam + frames until you mess up.

Try your keyboard-if its a mechanical one without ghosting there shouldn,t be much the arcadestick does better

if you are getting d+2 when youre doing an electric it's because you pressed f~n~d+2~d/f. Use command history in practice mode to check what it's registering. I will admit some console pads can be pretty spungy when you first get them, you just need to wear them in a bit. Electrics are very doable on ps4 and x-box one pads, I never liked the xbox 360 pads though.
