When you use kings base rage art on the left side of the screen it ends with you still being on the left side of the screen. If you use Kings Okada rage art on the left side of the screen you end up on the right side of the screen.
Not really, it would be more beneficial on certain staged and against certain match ups and its not something other characters have. Characters who have a ton of wall carry for example.
I also have never seen this costume used in tourneys hence why I'm asking.
It might be benificial with VERY specific situations, positions, and match-up, but those situations would probably happen once in a lifetime. So it makes sense if no one uses it.
I'd argue that RA that KEEPS the position is better than one that switches it since RA is most of the time used as a combo ender anyways, right?
Right now as it is you can not calculate with it. Sometimes you want to side switch sometimes you don't. If you could CHOOSE on the fly which RA to do - that would be clearly better than normal RA and there would be no reason not to use it - but it is balanced when you have to choose before the match starts.
