Just no. Tekken 7 is great. Admittedly, the 2D chars suck. But the Rage arts are fine and so are the rage drives. It keeps the integrity of the game intact while adding hype for spectators.
Also, Tekken should stay away from Tag systems before they figure out some fresh ideas. This is THE footsies game and combos were too rewarding in TT2. I already dislike the power creep in season 3.
that sounds pretty cool actually. +1
Remsters don't make sense when it comes to fighting games as you would have to overhaul the balancing and the graphics. And if you do that you have a new fighting game.
Still, I would love to see Harada draw some inspiration from Tekken 4.
* New HD graphics
* Rebalanced roster. Include a few new moves from later entries where necessary.
* Remake certain stages to be walled stages where it makes sense to (Jin's tiger dojo, Paul's backstreets)
* Remade ending cutscenes with new CG
* Include 3 OSTs to choose from: Original Arcade, Playstation, and brand new Remixes.
* Remade Tekken Force that is fairly robust like Tekken 4 or Scenario Campaign, and maybe a co-op multiplayer like Scenario Campaign
* Remade Tekken Ball with new settings to play with
