Dragunov Scorpion Scissors Counter?
Quick question. Dragunov's Scorpion Scissor move (uf 3+4) is giving me a hard time in fights against him. I know its a high grab. It's not a hit-grab because its not blockable.

Is there a way to break the grab? I tried 1,2, 1+2, even 3,4,3+4. These would be the most likely ways to break it. I know its a little slow on start up and can be ducked. Probably side-steppable, but I didn't check for that yet.

Let me know if it can be reversed, or I just have to dodge/punish it.
