Will Lei and Anna be for free?

Back then Harada has said that legacy characters will be for free. But from the looks of it, it seems like you can only get them when buying the season pass.

at minute 3:25 it clearly says season pass 2. Could you show me the source of information were they reconfirm that those characters will be for free?

Bandai is a huge company and Harada is not the "big boss".
He may wish the legacy characters will be free but if the marketing service wants it to be monetized he can' do nothing. Dont blame him please.
And even if it's not free, we all play so much time on Tekken 7 that this new Season Pass will stay a cheap investment ( $ / time played).

He never said they would be free, he said he wouldn't add previous Tekken characters as DLC. But people just kept spamming him over and over for Lei and Anna so he gave up and made a second season pass.

If the legacy characters have a ton of work put into them I don't mind. I mean it seems to be working for SFV and EA releases new sports games every year with minimal changes. It would be different if they were just copy and pasting the characters from the previous game with no changes imo.
