Best Character for comeback?

I know some characters are bad when they are losing. Which character is best in comebacks? I'll bet for Devil Jin with his hellsweep.

asukas comeback potential is pretty insane. she has a lot of ways to get launches on defensive reads, many good counterhit launches, and crazy burst damage in ws1+2 ch launches. if she can get a launch and carry you to the wall, where her mid/low mixups are actually crazy and scary, youre in big trouble. her rage drive also is one of the best in the game, she can do like 40-50dmg on you or something if it hits you grounded, its guaranteed anywhere on the stage after d+1+2 (giving her a 60dmg unseeable low; its guaranteed after any other knockdown, too), and its a mid that launches on normal hit itself as well as having amazing range and plus frames

drag isn't a good comeback character. He has mediocre at best block punishment (at least until they patch in that u/f+1 NH KND cheapness). If you want to make a comeback, you need to get consistent punishes on your opponent's attempts to finish the round in combination with good rush down. Drag currently only has the latter.

I can imagine steve beeing a great contender when his new RD is implemented, a good 14 frame launcher will be a great addition. Also preety evasive, and if ur at wall then 50/50s may just do it.
