How do you do it ? I can do certin moves but can't do this move for some reason.

Doing half circles is a nightmare on keyboard... From what I heard that is, never used keyboard myself.

Do you mean d+s+a keys x2 times for half circle ? if on the left side

I tried it for SSF4AE. I had very low success ration on Akuma's Hadoukens. After I moved to X360 pad in minutes mine success ratio increased few times.
I wont lie to you however before SSF4AE I didnt played many fighters which required this motion for so much like SF and in case of few gmes that did I had no movelists so I wasnt aware. Sub-Zero's freeze were mystery for me. I could do it more by mashing but not through knowledge.
