기스 하워드 DLC를 구매후 환불을 하였습니다그런데 환불이 확인된 후에 게임에 접속 해보니 데이터가 모두 삭제 되고 없어져 버렸습니다 그동안 약 150시간을 플레이 했는데그에 대한 게임의 보상과 결과가 모두 한순간에 사라져 버렸습니다가능하다면 저의 게임 데이터를 복구해 주시고 그러하지 못하시다면 그에대한 보상을 해 주시길 바랍니다

After the DLC refund, all existing game data has been deleted
I have refunded the game after purchasing Giss Howard DLC. After checking the refund, I accessed the game and all the data was deleted and gone. I have played about 150 hours in the meantime and all the rewards and results for the game have disappeared in a moment. Please recover my game data and if you can not do it, please reward me.
