Also, it should go without saying to get wired.

This is the one I recommend to people now if they want to go the hassle-free route.
I use the Fightstick Pro, but I bought it like, 4 years ago and I can't find any brand new ones now :(
Gonna think about it...Thanks btw.
and you don't have to spend 200$ if the lever breaks let's say...it costs less than 50$ to change the lever and buttons with quality ones
the real expensive ♥♥♥♥ is the chip and the case imo...i mean in case you want to buy a new set for a new console let's say
However, if you want a octagonal plate you have to buy it separately since majority of sticks come with square one.
you can grab some for 50-90€
U dont have to. U can swap your current sanwa stick for a fanta or any other K-stick. All u have to do is get a step drill and drill a hole for the Korean lever to fit.
Basically the only reason why u cant have K-Levers on your arcade stick is because those K-levers have a bigger collar.
That is unless u plan on modding the stick yourself, which isnt hard. Levers and buttons usually have quick disconnects on most arcade sticks.
I myself have recently looked for a fightstick to try, as wavedashing and electrics (Jin player) are not reliable on a DualShock4.
Don't listen to people telling you that you "must" pay around 200$ for a quality stick. You can easily buy a new or barely used Mad Catz stick, with sanwa parts, for under 100$. I do not know where do you live but I can tell you that on the British Ebay you can get a brand new Mad Catz TES stick for 90-100£ https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mad-Catz-Arcade-Fightstick-Street-Fighter-V-edition-PS3-Ps4/153049153657
I have recently bought the Mad Catz Soul Calibur V X360 Stick from the seller above for 99£, as it has a Namco Noir button setup (like on a Tekken/Soul Calibur arcade cabinet) and the Mad Catz Playstation sticks aren't always cooperating with PC well.
Here you have an auction for a new Mad Catz SF IV TE Stick https://www.ebay.pl/itm/253666810079?ul_noapp=true
I have won such a stick for 56£ (haven't received it yet).
I also saw a Qanba Q4 (also Sanwa parts), that looked and was described as barely used, go for 42£

Why pay twice or thirce as much for a Razer or Etokki stick? What is supposedly superior? Sanwa parts are Sanwa parts.
I hope I have saved you some time and have provided useful advice. Feel free to contact me if you have additional questions.
Thanks for the reply, i was interested about the last one, but it is a Qanba N1. Does it comes with Sanwa parts and is it also compatible with PS4?
You can get it here for 79€: https://www.amazon.de/Joystick-Fighstick-Arcade-Emulators-eSports/dp/B077XG3TLK/ref=sr_1_27?ie=UTF8&qid=1527630307&sr=8-27&keywords=fightstick
Qanba N1 has Qanba parts- I had it for a month- the buttons are fine but the joystick itself is a bit loose.
Would that be worth it? I mean in terms of durability, start button on the front and for eventual new videogames?
But check it out its very solid, comfortable and comes with Japanese arcade parts they use in the cabinets over there.
