Hori Vewlix Stopped being recognized

I've been using my hori vewlix since the game came out, but today when I got home from work it is no longer being detected by tekken. It shows up in the device manager and it reads all button inputs. Xpadder works but i'd prefer to not have an extra step for my inputs to go through, especially if this is indicitive of a larger problem. Any ideas?

My Hori RAP4 has the same problem, started just today aswell. This thread helped me out: https://www.reddit.com/r/dragonballfighterz/comments/7t6hwv/hori_rap_4_fix/. Still really annoying since you need to have Tekken 7 selected as your main window in order for the inputs to register.

Edit: noticed increased input lag using this method, can't recommend.

yeah happen on mine V3SA as well. I imagine most of not all HORI owner might encounter this problem. since my PS3 legacy Hori stick doesnt have PS4 mode Its kinda annoying, and any work around is basically just emulate the input through another software
So far what I think happened is steam adding some fuction for all the gamepads and stuff and its messing up with Tekken's for the legacy stick support.

I feel like all we can really do is wait for them to fix it if we want to go back to plug and play
