Black screen after the title screen
Every time I open the game and go past the title screen, there's just a black screen with no sound. Nothing happens to my computer, so I can still alt+tab out of the game. it definetely isn't an issue with my computer's performance cause i have a gtx 1060 6gb, an i5-7400 and 8gb of ddr4 ram. Help plox.
Edit: I've tried restarting the game and my computer several times.

Run game on windowed mode. Force it through steam.

1 Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
2 Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
3 Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space) and
click OK.
4 Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

I typed in "windowed" in the launch options, but there's still a black screen after the 'press any button' menu. I had a different problem a while ago where the game would launch and work fine, but everything was green, and to solve that problem, I went into settings and switched it to windowed mode. This time, there's just a black screen and I can't do anything.

Restart your computer and launch Steam
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes. [this may help but sometimes not] and doing clean install of gpu drivers can also help or not.

hope you get tekken 7 to run on your pc
Edit1* delete tekken 7 and install it as a new install

Desactivate cloud sync in steam settings and delete your save files.

I did that and the game did go beyond the title screen. After that it asked me to select my region, then my keyboard layout. After that, there was a black screen again, but with my username and online and offline ranks in the top right corner.

If you still can see you rank then you save file have not been deleted 100%
Are you sure that you have desactivated the cloud saving in Steam settings ?
- close Tekken
- delete all files in C:\users\(Account name)\ AppData\Local\TekkenGame
- go to steam setting and unflag cloud saving
- run tekken

It only showed "unranked", not my actual rank. But I'll try it anyway.

I disabled cloud saving and deleted all files inside the tekkengame folder. Same problem again :(
Btw there was that green screen error again. I know how to fix it, so it's not a problem, but I thought I'd mention it.

I cleared download cache from steam settings and the game launched properly.
Hope this helps anyone in the future.
