Report a translation problem
His autoparry bot use to start low parry from the first frame of an enemy move but was getting hit by things like snake edge, so he had to adjust it.
EDIT:: Couldn't find TA's vid but here's a TTT2 vid where Aris explains it and its a 19f window. This will pretty much be the same in T7.

Just tested it. It's 20 frames. I set a dummy to do d/b+2 which is -7 on block into d/f hold, and it low parries i27 snake edge.
Then I set a dummy to do d/f+3 which is -6 on block into d/f hold, and it doesn't low parry:

Low parry also activates just as fast as crouch block - in 1 frame.
People just like to blurt out things, without actually testing anything.
