[No Bars with everyone] - Need help to fix it.

Hello,

It has been a while now since I'm trying to play Online but I can't, the issue is that I do not have any bars with almost anyone online (Except one or two people). I am on a Desktop PC / Windows 10, connected with Ethernet Cable. My roommate is on the same Modem with Ethernet as well and he has no issues.

Here are the fixes that I've tried and did nothing for me :

- Changed the Ethernet cable.
- Changed the DNS to Google DNS.
- Changed into a manual IP.
- Changed Steam Download Region.
- Reinstalled the game.
- Port Forwarded all of Steam and Tekken Ports.
- Disabled Windows Firewall and added an exception for Tekken and Steam.
- Disabled Modem Firewall.
- Tried DMZ mode on my modem.
- Formatted the whole PC.

I tried these fixes separately and also tried a combination of everything and nothing still. If anyone had the same issue and can help me out please let me know, this is really frustrating.

[UPDATE:] The problem fixed itself somehow when I moved to a new apartment.

Check your ethernet cable.

Now I get it whats the problem, This Game is region locked and until and unless someone from your region or any nearby region is not playing, you won't get any matchups, and to get good matchups always keep the connection settings as 3bars or more, or esle you will get some really laggy matchups.
PING Details
1.) Blue 5 Bars 30ms or less ping. - Great
2.) Green 4 Bars 31ms to 80ms ping. - Good
3.) Yellow 3 Bars 81ms to 120ms ping.- Okay
4.) Orange 2 Bars 121ms to 180ms ping.- Poor
5.) Red 1 Bar 181ms Ping. - Sadistic

Anyone have a fix? I tried everything except change internet/ISP and still having problems.... like i get connection with some people but like overtime we get laggy and get 1 bar...

EDIT: I've already posted in this thread last time. So yeah its been a while (May 2018) and my problems are still here....

So here's my story. I had a few people who has connection bars with me, but only with this specific friend we have crossed bars. However, if we wait for around a few minutes (random) sometimes the bar will come out. How can we have an instant connection bar? Thank you

try to disable IPv6 and use google or opndns as your primary and secondary DNS.
