Help, bandai namco account.
Hi,

I got an email from Bandai Namco saying that my account will be deleted, the thing is that i have never visited their site or created an account but i don't know if owning Tekken 7 has something to do with that.

This the email :

" With no action from you it will be deleted in 2 weeks

You haven't stopped by for many months.
We are going to delete your account in two weeks from now.
If you want to keep your account active just click on the button below. "

Has anyone else got this email, is it spam ?

you should flag it as phishing if your e-mail provider lets you do that

Defo sounds like spam.
I just got one of those too. Instead of clicking the link I went to Bandai Namco's website and clicked the forgot password link and put in my email. I never got an email about it. I assume this means I don't have an actual account so it seems like a scam for sure.

I just got this exact E-Mail, but i did interact with the Website before because of Account problems with Dark Souls. So i am really not sure, if this is Legit or a Scamm. Did you ever find out?

Most definitely a phishing attempt, didn't interact with it and marked it as spam, never heard anything about it again, had 0 issues with any of the souls games or any bandai namco title that i own since then.

Sounds like they need a better way to present it, but with Chat Gpt that will never matter sadly. I guess *shrugs* check and see if the email matches the official email on searching Namco login, that is the the only way from now on I guess.

Thanks for the update btw :D
