Data Transfer from PS4 to PC

I have a lot of DLC from the season pass on my PS4 and saw the game was on sale on steam. If I were to get it here would I be able to get the DLC from my PS4 to here?

Fighting games rarely do well on pc

For me Personaly Tekken has plenty on PC. Enough to allways find ALOT of match ups in ranked and unranked matches.


But since for a while my Tekken 7 is super unstable on PC thats annoying and it wasnt like that before. sad.
