After completing his mountain training with his pet bear, Kuma, Heihachi stopped by at a hot springs resort to recuperate. There he encountered an ancient metallic fragment. According to old picture scrolls, this shard was a piece of Soul Edge, a notorious sword from medieval Europe. Grabbing the fragment in excitement, he accidentally cut his fingertip; and after a moment of dizziness passed, Heihachi looked around at his surroundings. A feeling of uneasiness washed over him as he was no longer at the resort he had been at just a few moments ago. He was stunned, but nevertheless remained collected. After he wandered for a while, he concluded that he was no longer in modern day Japan.
Apparently cannon
Recently revealed by Katsuhiro Harada, Chief Producer of the Tekken franchise, is that Heihachi's lack of reliance on the abilities of the Devil Gene is due to the fact that he lacks said gene. This trait is shared with his father Jinpachi Mishima, and his sons Lars Alexandersson and Lee Chaolan, with the latter of the two being adopted and none of them being featured in the Soul series.
Eventually, Devil Gene’s further origin confirmed in Tekken 6 to Tekken 7 that it was not originate from Mishima clan, it was from Azazel through a home clan of his wife Kazumi, Hachijo, thus both Kazuya and Jin were born with the said demonic clan’s bloodline.
Betting we get some info from Zasalamel eventually in SCVII, and where he tries to go into the astral chaos and becomes devoured and turned into Azazel
After all Tekken 5 was 2005 as was SCIII
By season 2-3 they will have him as a revised DLC or a unlockable character in the roster. They will Pull a Mileena.
Personally id just have him comically bobbing waving and flailing in a lava stage in the back ground as a running gag that hes not dead but everyone is busy fighting.
Its also more likely they are trading moves to balance out characters so AK would have some Kings moves and vice versa.
I never said ..
Ok
Namco will do what Mortal Kombat did with Mileena, saying Shes dead and not in MK 11.
Then later at the 1/2 point of the games life release the fan favorite character.
Thats what I meant
You people need to let it go. It was time for heihachi to pass, its been a 25 year + story and it's time for a new chapter. To bring him back in a story way would be just a stupid reductive thing to all the hype about tekken 7.
However, I do certainly expect to see him as a playable character in future, if not Tekken 8 but probably. Remmeber Kazumi is not actually alive in Tekken 7. Shes long dead. I'm perfectly fine bringing characters back in a non canon way like this.
Boss of tekken 8 is probably going to be a heavily evolved Devil Kazuya
Otherwise there is no reason to have 2 brothers, one infused with care and the devil Gene, and the other with hate and born with the devil gene.
More specifically the Oh wait Jun is back surely that cant be a bad thing.
Unknowns name will be revealed, and chances are its The Devil much like when Jinpachi was possessed by The devil.
Jinpachi was not affiliated with the devil gene ever nor was Heihachi.
Heihachi is just the test the push to get him to awaken
3x
Off a cliff as a child : Body breaks
Into a volcano to kill him : Spirit breaks
Learned of his father killing his mother : Mind breaks
Kazuya is just the typical antichrist a half breed, part human and part devil, Kazuyas humanity is fractured mind body and spirit.
Jin is another Hybrid, part Human and part devil, Jins humanity is intact in mind body and spirit, the avatar of the story, his mind body and spirit is intact.
Jun is the true antagonist much like how Sophitia's visage was Elysium.
Do what mommy wants, obey me I am your mother, I represent love and ect ect
Jin has to fight the shadow of his mother as well as defeat his brother
The true evil and then later on Id guess in T9 we would have the culmination of
Azazel
True Ogre
The Devil
So far its the usual anime rip of Revelation..
Rather popular in 1995 anime tropes
sneaking and winking, & with a thumbs up saying "Se you in Tekkun 9" in broken English
I Just don't see Heihachi in outside of a mention to extend the story maybe the story tutorial, and maybe as a visual cameo in the story where he uses a cut down version of Kazuya moveset with a few Old Hehachi moves.
I just don't see it if Kaz has some of Heihachis moves.
DLC maybe, but I'd imagine T9 and Tag 3.
We already don't have Marduk but I assure you Gigas will be there, and he will have Marduks low trip.
Its more like they are merging characters based on popularity which mostly runs on ease of characters+story.
I don't see High fidelity games being faster to make than 3 years, and soon that will be 8k renders; and raw renders of 16k are not too far off.
Merging characters and setting moves to be more between the roster is much more likely from here on out.
You can even go through the current roster and see where they would merge them into each other, and the ones they cant will have some large gimmicks like Jack Nina and Lars.
Jun+Asuka
Gigas+Marduk
King+Armor king
Armor King+King
Law+Forest law
Kazama+Heihachi
ect ect
