You mean the Tekken 7 image that shows before the game launches?

I haven't seen one. The Splash screen is a .bmp file called Splash.bmp. You can find it in one of the game folders.

Unfortunately since it's .bmp it doesn't support transparency. Maybe as a workaround you could create an image that is just 1 pixel so it isn't notiecable.

There's a mod called Godlike edition that comes with loads of different pak files that change everything from the menu's to the costumes to the stages themselves. I don't know if it has specifically what you're looking for but it might be worth a look.

I'm pretty sure one of the files disables the hit effects like I q has just said but I'm wagering you mean the start up screen at launch and I'm not sure about that one
