Cant join a friend, Friend cant join me

The 22 hours i have in TEKKEN 7 is just playing in treasure battle.
I never got the feel of online too, my friend and i bought this game and when i try to inv him it works but after choosing the character it just gets stuck in syncing for a few minutes then connection failed.
I live in the Philippines with a internet speed for 15 MBps

its a internet settings problem..NAT settings to be specific..need to open your router settings

It could be your firewall that is blocking the game's network packets from leaving your home router or your router preventing you to receive network packets. Try to disable your PC's firewall and Router's firewall, I advise you ask your friend to do the same as well. If it works then continue to disable it for the timebeing but be warned that you are putting yourself at a security risk if you disable your firewalls. You can instead port forward these ports in your router to see if they achieve the same goal as well (although I'm sure it will):
TCP: 27015-27030,27036-27037
UDP: 4380,27000-27031,27036

You can also use a VPN to see if it works around as well (Mudfish etc.)

I live in the Philippines as well and have PLDT as my ISP. :)
