If there's a tier list, Lucky Chloe should be put in the scrub tier

thats why lucky chloe is generally considered not all that good, shes too gimmicky and her mixups are too easy to deal with

Trust me, if people just button mash with Chloe they'll be dead in a second. She has poor reach and her most damaging stuff takes forever to recover. The only thing going for her is the damage output which is insane. Once out of Blue \ mid Greens you dont see Chloe anymore for quite a while

Chloe may seem like she's spamming, but that's because she only has like 5 good moves. She really has no choice but to use her limited selection of safe moves A LOT. As a result it seems like she's just mashing buttons.

Also like you said (sort of), most of her crazy dancing and such is unsafe, and it's just a matter of learning how to punish it.

Chloe is really, really, really weak, though. She's easily beaten if you know what to do. And not like Xiaoyu where you have to learn how to counter her entire moveset, with Chloe you just need to learn a couple of tricky moves. The rest can easily be countered with common sense.

Weak weak weak, bla bla bla, but she‘s lots of fun to play though. Especially when some ‘nose up high in the sky’- ranked players go crazy banana mode after losing the first fghts :)

She's very mindgames heavy but you can beat her by being patient.
