Tekken 7 can't connect to anyone! PC!

Hey guys can you please help i bought tekken 7 and can't seem to connect to anyone at all! tried connecting with my friends but it wont work. I can't find a match at all but i'm able to invite friends but then it shows that they have no connection bar at all and it just gets stuck on syncing please help!

the usual checklist:
steam ->settings ->downloads->download region
antivirus /firewall isnt interfering, especially after patch
router has correct ports forwarded: https://portforward.com/tekken-7/
some say running steam as administrator helped them

i change my download region to sweden country and i found players fine

i have the exact same issue rn and I've tried all of the above options except for one to no avail. the one i was unable to do was port forwarding, because my router won't let me login.
