Kazumi is S(SS) tier?

I know Tiers don't matter, but according to Knee, he says Kazumi is S tier or even higher. However, I cannot realize as to what exactly makes her S tier. Do you guys have any knowledge that I do not posess?

Well it may matter for the top class tennist. But for the other 90% of tennists in the world tier list don't even matter, is what I meant. It can be applied for Tekken too, sure tournament player may benefit from that, but most people is not at that level and never will be, so the character being A, B, or S is not going to matter.

yes. I agree that when it comes to the common man, tier lists should not matter. But from an objective point of view, some characters are really far superior in terms of mechanics from other characters. I believe thats what saint wanted to get across when he made that tier lists.
