How do you do a low parry and break a grab? What means qcb?

Low parry: Time down and forward at the same time as a low attack connects.
QCB: Quarter circle back, or down,down+back,back aka a quarter of a circle.

You can break the grab by pressing left or right punch botton at the right time. Left or right doesn't matter. Its the timing.

some grabs also require pressing 1+2 instead, command grabs, all characters have at least one I think.
And some characters have command grabs that need to be broken by 1 or 2 input instead(King at least), further mixing things up. I mean you have to press one of the 2 button, not just any like normal grabs.
