Default control for PC?

cant find away to start the game using keyboard says press any button to start cant start the game is this game really out for pc?

Have you tried pressing any button? Obvious but it may be the issue here.
Seriously though maybe you have a peripheral connected, do you have a gamepad?
If my gamepad is active I can't use the keyboard for that screen iirc.

A = Left
W = Up
S = Down
D = Right

Comand Button:
J = "X" on Playstation
K = "O" on Playstation
U = "Square" on Playstation
I = "Triangle" on Playstation
B = Pause / Start Button
V = Select Button
; & L = Can be used to Zoom in and out on Character Customisation
O & P = I guess this one is the RT & LT Button or the R1 & L1 Button to navigate through Tab Menus
