Is Lucky Chloe even good?

To me it seems like her movelist is too small to utilise and her frames are quite slow, she eventually becomes predictable and easy to work around once you use all your moves...

she's bottom tier, but in this game you can win even with the worst character, it's not like everybody plays like JDCR.

people think she's bottom, and she kinda is, but mostly due to the telegraphed shenanigans. she's still a capo and has capo stuff; she has alright damage too, which is always welcome.

yeah, she's not a bottom tier without a reason. She has tons of unsafe moves, and she doesn't have good punishing tools as well. Her moves (f,f+4 & u/f 3+4, for example), however, can give a lot of strings, which can be unpredictable at times. And her damage isn't something to be underestimated (especially her BT f3+4,3+4,3+4, also known as Kick Up)

Acording to famous korean players she may not as weak as people thought said Genius. Personal opinion she is good at overburdening her opponent, but a little limited once u face someone who punish unsafes moves.

she has a 120dmg combo with rage, that is the most she can get in one combo.

She's bad but not downright crap

• Slow on startup
  
• Highly punishable on most of her moves, even mid-string
  
• Weak netural game
  
• Relatively short range
  
• Lacks strong punishes

The only thing keeping her afloat is her ridiculous combo damage, if she launches you, say bye to 40% of your health at the least.

most of her moves can be punished coz they take a while to hit but some don't know that which is why she's op low ranks.
