I did a comparison, and he it seems that he is indeed kinda weaker in T7.
100% true
I think he's really slow.
Stay back and hit low...
Thats all you do and Gigas folds, he just doesn't have anything that gets him safely into range and all his low attacks are such a short range I'm starting to wonder if Gigas was amputated at the knees and just has prosthetics that don't count toward his actual range.
If we are talking about EWGF, Jin doesn't need it (rather doesn't rely on it as much) but Kazuya desperately needs it.
I've said it in other threads and I'll say it again. Jin is a good character, but the amount of work you have to do to make profit is way too high.
He requires alot of skill to use while putting out little input for acquiring that skill. Hei and kazuya are hard because of electrics, but it pays of a crap ton more to learn them than it does to learn jin.
Same goes for Leo vs Jin and most other characters honestly.
Yes, If you play on gamepad 🎮 Kazuya is 100% harder, because Jin isn't unplayable without EWGF, but for sure without EWGF he's slow, low damaging crap comparing to other cheap chars.
You right. Even I can do EWGF on pad, but there's a difference between "can do" and can do it stable. I've never seen anyone who may perform it guaranteed on pad, even on YouTube trainings video, for example this with Kazuya who has even bigger frame window https://youtu.be/5oJz5KTGAjc
