I use this when I am under extreme pressure but my opponent has real poor hp left too + I always use RA chained with a combo (after screw) coz simply using RA has a 90% chance of getting punished.
if I have more hp left than my opponent then I usually go for Rage drive (again depending on situation)
Most of the time i find the rage better spendt on rage drive.
The second they do an unsafe move I automatically win by pressing one button. (assuming they have 60 hp or less) LOL, but ya... this is something Tekken TOTALLY needed...
We um got rulez? We are by any chance doing the honor system thing? I dont mind stipulations when we are at lobbies as long everyone understands and follows it but at rank anything goes!
people complain about about skipping intros? lol im done
Good for a laugh:

Lol that is the saddest scrub. What a clown.
The only flaw of Rage Arts... we allready have an macro for them why is there still a "classic" way to activate them... super annoying.
Your friend is doing something wrong then. Lili's Rage Art is n+3+4 and she has no normal moves that are n+3+4. So if he does a Rage Art when he actually wants to use another move, he is screwing something up with his input.
EDIT: as for your final point, I feel the contrary. Why in heaven's name do we have a macro for Rage Arts? Rage Arts are already so easy to execute! Doesn't really matter that much though, the game allows you to use a macro so I won't complain, but I don't understand it either.
