Does the Physical Edition of the game come with a Steam Key ?
If I buy this game from a store, will it have a Steam key included in the box to download the game?

I haven't bought from a store for a very long time.

I'm talking about a real life store. How precise do you want me to be? I already said enough.

A store next to me has preorders for tekken 7 pc version.

Oh and to answer to your question: I like to buy games physically because if one day a platform dies I won't be able to download the games I paid for. If I have the disks at least I can play them.

I don't have DVD-rom either on my pc. Look, the only reason I say steam will die is because there's too many people on the planet wasting resources. One day we won't have electricity to have as many servers as we want online and we'll have to rely on the good old physical copies.

I'm not being pessimistic at all. I'm just saying that there's too many people on this planet to keep using natural resources like they're unlimited. One day the resources will be gone and only the important parts like having city lights at night will be affordable. We won't be able to afford having a thousand servers online just to please everyone.

Us, on this planet don't know everything about the world. Maybe someone found a way to have an unlimited supply of energy and they're keeping it a secret just so they can make us work.

heh what i was saying is even if you buy it in a the pc ver in a store..there is no disk "just the key code"..unless you buy a psyical copy on ps4 or xbox one. the pc ver is "Steam digital"...

This will not happen not in a milion years. The planet has energy for many many years to come. Maybe after a million years but not now. You worry too much about something that is not a issue. But yes most games nowdays have only key on the box. The lat games that i bought in 2016 where the whole game was on disk were Mirror Edge Catalyst Battlefield 1 Titanfall2 and Homefront revolution Evrything else that i bougnt in 2016(Just cause 3 rise of the tomb rader street fighter 5 far cry primal doom dishonored 2 watchdsog2 hitman) was just key on the disk and nothing more.

Look, Shredder. I like what you say, but what is your source?

You see,you watch too many Japanese anime and cartoons. The chance of that happening is too slim. With your mindset you will stagnate in life.I hope you are just joking with me / us because you can't possibly be serious.I know as a human being we all should be worried about the resources on the planet and stop abusing them, but you are going into absurd extremes.

I know I don't know nothing, which makes me smarter than you. You on the other hand think you know something but you don't.

Unfortunately, most physical PC games nowadays comes with the game code, a disc that only has a Steam setup.exe and (sometimes) a manual. You might want to check with Namco or @Harada_TEKKEN.

I know GameStop will sell some Steam games, but rather than getting a box with a disc you get a receipt with a CD Key.
That being said electricity uses less resources than producing thousands of plastic boxes with a discs in them.

Ok with only 1 month and few days left tell us will the game be on the disk or will it be just steam key?
General Plastro Apr 18, 2017 @ 2:43pm
If Steam were to shut down, you can always get a game from "other places" and abandonware sites (by the time Steam gets shutdown, Tekken 7 would be abandonware.

Unless we are talking about a very bad future where internet is also horribly limited and/or the US is in a World War and all international access is limited.
