Thanks Capcon and Unfinished rootkit fighter Vee....
Anyway, to make up for this, what I've done is play arcade mode with a character, then when you finish it, play that character's episode in Story Mode. Comes out to 6 fights and a cutscene of your character. About as close to the older traditional Tekken Arcade mode as you're going to get.
They cant do both.
Imho the story mode is clearly superior to arcade mode. The cutscenes in arcade mode were confusing, super short and irrelevant.
I also liked when characters were locked and one had to play all the chars to unlock them :)
It gave me some motivation to try them all.
