Are minimum requirements for 60 fps?
I've decided to buy the game, but my gpu is slightly under minimum requirement (gtx 860m) though my cpu is far above recommended, will my gpu bottleneck be too much of an issue, or will I still be able to run 50~+ fps?

Well the game is clocked at 60fps indefinitely so you will need to hit that or be at a huge disadvantage competitively.

If you're really paranoid of your hardware not being strong enough then I suggest you cancel your pre-order and wait for benchmarks.

not too paranoid really... considering my gpu is only very very slightly below and my cpu is very much above and I am ok playing on the absolute lowest settings. (that is as long as the game is properly coded for multicore rendering, which I don't see why they wouldn't nowadays... 8 cores at 3.4 ghz much better than 4 cores at 3.6 ghz.)

The only thing SFV did right it seems is not let players on online if they don't reach 60fps, I pray Namco does that ♥♥♥♥.

If you do end up having any issues, there's at least the option to refund the game without questions so there's no risk.

I doubt you'll have any issues. If what modders have done for fighting games in the past on PC holds true for Tekken 7, there will be mods specifically for reasons like this to cut down the graphical intensity. SFV actually has a low spec mode natively.
