And please make sure you have filled out the following details within your email so they can process your request as quickly as possible:
- Full Name
- Name of Game
- Game Platform
- Country game was purchased from
- Detailed description of your issue/problem
- DLC/Code (if applicable) that is not working (attached image in email)
- Photo of the receipt or dispatch e-mail screenshot (attached image in email)
- Photo of the back of the game box (attached image in email)
*Please make sure to keep the combined total amount of images to less than 10mb in size.
If you have already provided the above information (and/or attached images), please be patient and a support representative will reply to your email, normally within 24 hours (unless your email was submitted outside of our support staff’s working hours).
(and of course, you won't need to post photo of game box because PC title, unless you bought physical distribution title)
(helps them if you include your dxdiag too, win+r dxdiag, save all information, and upload that .txt file for them)
