Good Yoshimitsu punish moves/fast frame attacks?
While I know a few Yoshimitsu combos along with being a fairly decent Yoshimitsu player, I find he often struggles against faster characters. My only problem with him is that I simply can't wrap my head around how to deal with these sort of characters. Any pointers on what I should use to punish and stop some character's fast attacks in their tracks? All help is much appreciated.

you mean punish as in block punishers or interrupters?

10 frame punish is 2, d3
14 frame punish is b2, 2
15 frame punish is df 2
He has more punishers than this I think, but these are the ones to know.

As for interrupt moves, the best way to interrupt most pressure is down jabs. Down jabs are usually either d1 or d2. In Yoshimitsu's case, its d2. Other than that, you have yoshimitsu's spins, side stepping, ducking, crushing with a jumping move like a hopkick, and more. It really depends on what exactly you're trying to defend against.

Oh and btw just in case you don't know tekken notation, 1 = sqaure 2 = triangle 3 = cross and 4 = circle. d = down f = forward b = back and u = up
