yes OP, you gotta be quick in doing it.
Same thing that goes with 10 hit combos, you gotta be fast to do them

Ahh he meant 3,4 really? I thought he meant 3+4 . ehh
edit: on xbox one pad its easier though because its buttons surfaces are "half sphere" and not edgy.
If you play "claw" on a controller it's rather easy to perform. hold controller like you usually hold it with your left hand. Your right hand hovers over the buttons, you can press the buttons like when you "type" on a keyboard. Because Tekken is a 4 button game you don't need the shoulder buttons as you can rather easily press any combination of face buttons rather easily.
If this isn't your style then you need to "slide" your thumb from one to the other button if that is a possiblity. Otherwise have to assign another button to make it easier. Last option is to just press it fast.
