Discount on GameBillet legit?

I noticed gamebillet has Tekken 7 on sale but have never bought from them before. Has anyone had experience with them?

I haven't but what I have seen its not the best price I have seen, I have pre-ordered this game from CD-Keys for £23 and they're legit.

LOL, cd keys is amazing, i bought it from there, but the price has gone up ALOT in the last few days. Deluxe was 38.99 two weeks ago, and now 49.99
I got mine on monday or something for 42.
