How to beat Heihachi and Kazuya when playing as Akuma

Hold forward continuously and press X repeatedly (Left punch).

Never blocked, never used super, never changed it up, and I won the first time. Seems the punch is faster than any of Heihachi's attacks and only gets blocked occasionally. Hope that helps anyone in the same struggle.

EDIT: I can confirm that this sequence also works to kill Kazuya in both forms. It worked the very first time.
