how to do the electric punch jin/heihachi/kazuya

i'm played Tekken since Tekken 5 but till now cant perform perfect electric punch from these guys. yes yes i know i suck but any advice ?

Nope yoshi/nina poison is.

Anna's hidden unblockable is pretty hard

Same with the Kazuja uppercut. Getting electric more on right side matches, using the rear button on joypad.
Maybe using a double memorized button do the trick!

I see in this forum a lot of referral about frames:
but it's possible talk about frames (1/60 sec) when the game pass through internet?
I mean the various netcode, issues, slowness, that may impact on game online, MORE than the theoric frame input.
