Anyone have trouble with the story mode sound?

When I start up Tekken 7 story mode the cutscene sound just sounds static, however when I play the actual game, the sound just sounds fine. Any reason for this? I'm using Apple headphones to play this game

i have the same issue using a rorg headset any know way to fix this? kinda ruins the story when the cutscenes sound is complete crap

I have the same problem using self-made speakers. It also occurs in the opening scene!

Forgot to mention one thing though, but game sound sounds ok. If I can't fix it, its not the worst thing that could happen, but it really takes the story mdoe out of it

I do have the Cutscene sounds, but only if choose my USB Headset. Speakers (or i think Jackcables) dont work.

Solved the problem already turns out its a garphical problem. If your graphics option is too high compared to your pc specs the sound won't play right.
