How to properly run Tekken 7?

Hello!
Yesterday I finally got Tekken 7 on the PC, being a long time Tekken fan I mainly play the games on console until this release, however, wanting to get the PC version has cause some problems with the performes (like lag, and cutscenes being delayed). After downloading the recent GeForce update it is running better, but I want to know the best way to run Tekken 7, having good quality graphics while still running smoothly.

My full PC setting:
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Processor: AMD Fx 4300 Quad Core Processor 3.80 GHz
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GT 730
Memory: Should be 8 gb but it says only 4 gb is usuable. weird
Storage: More than enough, over 60 gb
Direct X: Direct X 12 apparently.

I Think you need to change your GPU ... I Am running it on r9 390x and it is working like a charm on 60fps ultra settings (Everything Maxed Out)

you should have read requirements, only 4 gb usable ram? unplayable. gt 730? far under 750/660.

i5-3750 @3.4
GTX 650 1GB
8GB RAM

currently downloading the game still, so in theory i will be able to run the game in Medium Settings with 60FPS too right? btw what resolution are you playing?
