already a update look at this link ; http://www.en.magicgameworld.com/tekken-7-pc-keyboard-controls-guide/
I'm all for keyboard, I've been playing on it since TK3 and it's also perfect for Devil May Cry 3/4 (another combo-heavy game).

The button layout for me is:
------------- W A S D = directions -----------
and one of three button layouts that mimic it, all placed in a reverse-T fashion. In this way, you can use 3 fingers for your main buttons instead of 2, and it feels natural.

------------- I J K L - the same as in Devil May Cry. ----------
For Tekken, MK and KoF I map:
- (J),(I) = PUNCHES - pressed with the index and middle finger. You can drum with both fingers on them quickly for a 1212 combo.
- (K),(L) = KICKS - pressed with middle and ring finger. The only combination where you need to move your fingers too much (and potentially mis-press keys) is 2+3, but it rarely works anyway (see below).

------------- Numpad 123 and 5 --------------
- Same layout, but hands are wider apart and it could prove more comfortable

------------- Arrow Keys -----------------
- They have the same layout as the other configurations, and on a full keyboard with a numpad they are usually isolated, so you can focus easily on them. If you have a compact kb with no numpad, they can kinda serve as numpad keys as your hands are again wider apart.

<<<<<<< Extra buttons >>>>>>>>
- Space = grab
- Q/E = alt grab
- U and O (Num 4/6) = rage art/ki charge/2+3*
- Num0 = alternate setting if you use Numpad (quick thumb press).

* 2+3 in Tekken somehow can't be pressed together on many keyboards, regardless of key setting. This is at least as far back as Tekken 3. Thus the shortcut.
