Well that's what we're talking about.
There is a difference between fun, challenging boss fights, and unfair, annoying please god make this end boss fights.
(On the easiest difficulty) Kazuya VS Akuma was easier than Heihachi VS Kazuya. You can dodge his attacks and punish using your own teleport.

Every singel SNK Boss is worse than Shao Khan, too.
Devil Kazuya wasn't that hard, I beat him on second highest diffiuclty (the one you can use, before unlocking the hardest) and made it fairly easy.
Just block if he has rage, sidestep beams and wait for his rageart, which comes after roughly 10 seconds. Then continue. Also if you get him into a corner and knock him down, spam d+3 (left kick) with Heihachi, the Ai can't deal with it.
That and knowing that you need to go on the defensive and bait his super on the first rage, then poke him down with safe moves through the armor on the second.
It's not impossible to do some damage during his first rage, but it's not worth the risk, as he has high damage reduction during this phase and can pull out his rage art at any time (which will wreck you if you're not blocking).
This was my go-to anytime the AI was on the ground and near a wall. I'm surprised at the ineptitude of the AI regarding that.
