How to obtain Eliza Tekken 7 Bonus Character?

Hello World!

I based on principle decided to not Preorder Tekken 7 due to the fact we should never Preorder games in this day and age at last on PC due to previous past broken DOA games...especially ones from such a series that's never actually released a Tekken game ever on PC so of course a lot of potential customers like myself wanted to hold off for PC reviews and so far the day has come and things are looking somewhat positive...

I would like to Buy Tekken 7 Deluxe Edition but am very worried that Eliza won't be included in the Season Pass and i am to be believed that the Deluxe Edition does indeed include the Season Pass...

Can someone from the Developer Team Please respond on how new Customers can obtain Eliza?

Before anyone comes into this thread and tell me it was a Pre Order only character...I've heard rumors she is supposed to arrive 30 days after the Launch Day One at a fee to new customers but is there any truth to that i'd appreciate some upto date information not just for myself but for all potential customers looking to buy the game On or after Launch!

Eliza was a preorder bonus, it doesn't come with the Deluxe Edition, but I believe it will be put up for sale after a small exclusivity period (i.e. GMG where I bought mine said I would be getting "early access" to Eliza.

She will be avaible as a dlc in 1 month.

To be more precise: Eliza is NOT part of the Season Pass(and the Deluxe Edition is Game + Season Pass, no bonus). Eliza will be made available for purchase 30 days(some say 60) after release of the game.

What's the purpose of not "preordering" when you can refund a game if you don't like it.

Yeah...see i kind of want official word from someone from the Developer side on this as i refuse to buy this until i know i can gain access to all the games content i don't like supporting games that hold content back especially for new potential customers like myself

No offence to anyone here just i've been burned too many times and screwed out of so much money investing in expensive Editions of games...I'll hold off and wait to see if Eliza becomes available for new customers until then i guess this is a no buy for myself sadly

This. I was also surprised about what boiled down to "I want the preorder bonus, but didn't preorder because I didn't want to take the risk, but still want the bonus for taking said risk". A bit of an odd argument in my opinion.

Personally I think all game preorder bonuses should be available as cheap DLC a couple of months after launch, so I think this seems pretty fair (as long as the price is reasonable).

Do you really think the Devs will answer this one rather than people with real problems - games that won't launch, etc? Especially as you can probably find an official source telling you what we've already done with a bit of google-fu.

I don't care for DRM as long as it does not interfere with the game itself...

i.e Steam, Origin, UPlay, Battle, UWP i don't care...but i do care when i buy games and they arrive broken and nothing like advertised...Batman Arkham Knight, Assassin's Creed Unity, Aliens Colonial Marines you get the idea!

I badly wanna pick up Tekken 7 so the faster she becomes available for all the better!

Check the pinned topics, the FAQ for example is made up of stuff that was said by devs or the community manager.

No, I'm telling you that the majority of players are happy and playing, but there are always the small percentage of users with problems - in this case a few that can't launch the game, matchmake properly or get audio issues. This shouldn't surprise you as a PC gamer, surely?
