monitor out of range
my monitor is ancient lel.I can't seem to find a way to change resolution or hz. I trtied from steam launcher -w -h codes but didnt work.

Disable "Borderless" in Video Options and set it to "Fullscreen". Once that is done, you can change HZ & Res.
