Otherwise just be carefull how you move/press button, if i know you do a lot of string and repeat the same situation everytime i can plan when to use my rage art to hit you. To avoid that, be carefull when you attack even before the enemy use his Rage Art, so you can block on reaction and punish accordingly, just iron your reflexes.
Plus, only Hwoarang has an unpunishable Rage Art (that's because he have to activate it from stance), and Jin and Alisa have HIGH property so you can also duck on reaction (if they didn't fix it in the final version).
Just keep an eye out, some are low, some are overhead, some are unblockable (grabs, jump or sidestep)
Also remember. You cannot cancel move to block rage art
Unless the other guy is Akuma. In that case, jump away.
