Delete the depotcache!

If you delete this preloaded piece of tekken by just uninstalling it, it wil be 97% if you start downloading again, so delete depotcache in /steamapps/ and then restart!!!

there is a feature in steam settings to clear the download cache. just use that button and do it the right way if you are going to do it. but for those that dont know it will restart your download over. so dont do it unless you have fast net and redownloading is quicker for you than the unpacking the encrypted preload files on a slow HDD

Didnt help. Just went back to doing teh same. This is very annoying

oh i forgot u might need to do the uninstall from the game libray first then clear the download cache in settings to remove it from the download list and then hit install again to really start it over.
im not doing it cause my internet is really slow so im just waiting 3 more hours to even download the preload

I actually didn't have to try. My game was stuck at 97% for several minutes and the just kept downloading the rest of the game normally. It is now unpacking for 25 minutes... Just give it some time guys :/
