Report a translation problem
From Task Manager, right-click 'Steam Client Bootstrapper' team and choose 'Go to details'. Right-click the 'steam.exe' process and choose 'Set priority > high'
On high priority, it gives all it can to steam to do it.
I bet results may wary though. CPU speed and whether you're installing to SSD or HDD changes the time it takes.
Just remember to set it back to normal after you're done.
