Ultimately you could buy it and try get it to work. Failing that, refund it.
If your GPU is at or above minimum spec then trust that it will work at the very least on all low settings.

the problem i have now is that my amd softwere and even my PC info says it's AMD Radeon HD 7000 series so how would i know if it's actually 7850, i know t's now 7870 so there is only 2 types of 7000 so mine is 850 right ? xd
or maybe they thought it's a laptop version ? because i play GTA V on meduim and runs well with 30-40-50 fps
